How we work
Every engagement at Strathen Group follows our four-stage delivery framework. Fees are tied to milestones, with a portion held until in-house capability is embedded and results are starting to show.

Define
In week one, we align on the problem statement, delivery milestones, and acceptance criteria with leadership. We lock priorities, baseline metrics, timelines, and decision rights. No drift. No waste.

Build
We work in agile sprints, each delivering tangible results. Partners lead the work, guided by a single plan, weekly executive cadence, and live risk and decision logs to resolve issues quickly.

Deliver
We do not just hand over an asset. We train the team, run dry runs, and embed workflows, KPIs, and ownership. Adoption is the product.

Sustain
We stand by our work. We run 30, 60, and 90 day post-engagement sessions to keep outcomes on track and ensure client teams can operate with agency.

Our People
Bhuvanvir Maingi
Founder & Managing Partner
Bhuvan leads Strathen Group. He brings 15+ years as an industry operator and management consultant, delivering over 35 global engagements across financial services, fintech, energy, and utilities. He partners with executives to drive strategic growth and build operating muscle. His approach is simple: align on one decisive outcome, build the plan that delivers it, then scale what works and fix what does not.
He is known for asking hard questions early, pressure-testing assumptions, and staying engaged with client teams through delivery until new operating habits take hold and results lock in. Notable work includes growth strategy, go-to-market, and sales enablement at FIS and Worldpay; investment and net-zero strategy at Barclays; new market entry at Shell; decarbonization at BloombergNEF; circular economy at the European Commission; and infrastructure reliability at Enbridge.
Bhuvan holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, Canada.
