Nathan Raju is a senior leader in commercial real estate and private capital with 10+ years of experience across development, structured finance, and investment execution in Western Canada. He has arranged approximately $850 million in construction and term debt across multifamily, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets, utilizing bank, credit union, private lender, institutional, and equity capital sources, including construction, bridge, CMHC-insured, mezzanine, and preferred equity structures.
