What you bring

• 8 years leading teams in consulting or an equivalent operator role.
• Experienced in building pipeline, shaping proposals, and leading pitches and RFPs.
• Proven impact in Financial Services or Energy.
• Strong client-room presence and crisp writing.
• Ability to set pace, hire and coach talent, and manage risk.
